Policies
Please select a section below for information about ordering, returns, website terms, and privacy.-
Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please contact The Beadholder’s Eye at contact.thebeadholderseye@gmail.com before sending an item back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a shipping method that includes tracking and adequate insurance. The customer remains responsible for the item until it has been delivered back to The Beadholder’s Eye.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges are not offered. Eligible items may be returned for a refund according to the terms above. Customers wishing to purchase a different item may place a separate order, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item was received, please contact contact.thebeadholderseye@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include the order number and clear photographs of:
the item
the shipping box
the internal packaging
the mailing label
any visible damage
Please keep the item and all packaging until further instructions are provided, as they may be needed for a shipping or insurance claim.
Damaged orders will be reviewed individually and may be repaired, replaced when an equivalent item is available, or refunded. An identical replacement may not be possible for one of a kind products.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed. If tracking stops updating or an order appears significantly delayed, please contact The Beadholder’s Eye so the shipment can be investigated.
A delayed tracking update does not necessarily mean that the package is lost. Refunds or replacements will not be issued while a shipment remains in transit and is still being investigated.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, the order will be refunded or replaced when an equivalent item is available. An identical replacement cannot be guaranteed for one of a kind products.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for confirming that the shipping address entered during checkout is complete and correct.
If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to resend it. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through The Beadholder’s Eye website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the store’s posted Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products
The Beadholder’s Eye offers handcrafted jewelry and accessories. Some products, including Eldritch Flowers, are created individually and are one of a kind. Other products may be made in small batches or offered in limited quantities.
Small variations in sculpting, resin, beadwork, color, shape, and placement are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to view the website.
Jewelry from The Beadholder’s Eye is not intended for children and may contain small parts that present a choking hazard.
Orders and Availability
An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
The Beadholder’s Eye may cancel and refund an order if:
an item is unavailable or was mistakenly listed as available
incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
payment cannot be verified
the order appears fraudulent
the order cannot be fulfilled or shipped safely
Some products are one of a kind or available only in limited quantities. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be contacted and the affected item will be refunded. An identical replacement may not always be possible.
Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Processing and Shipping
Available items are generally shipped within the processing time stated on the website. Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated processing period, the customer will be contacted and given the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund. Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipping timeframe and to offer cancellation or consent to a delay when that timeframe cannot be met.
Detailed information about delayed, damaged, lost, or returned shipments is provided in the Return Policy.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by the Return Policy displayed during checkout and on the Policies page.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on product availability. One of a kind items cannot be exchanged for an identical replacement.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Damaged orders will be reviewed individually and may be repaired, replaced when an equivalent item is available, or refunded. An identical replacement may not be possible for one of a kind products.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, the order will be refunded or replaced when an equivalent item is available. An identical replacement cannot be guaranteed for one of a kind products.
Jewelry Care
Customers are responsible for following the care guidance included with their jewelry and provided on the Jewelry Care page.
Damage caused by improper storage, moisture, chemicals, pulling, stretching, picking at the beadwork, or ordinary wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
